Alpha!Sherlock and Omega!John are fine with being incompatible, but John going into heat is still a possibility. John's even on birth control.
Then Alpha!Lestrade moves in with them after a bad breakup with his now-ex-wife. They all become pretty close, and barely a month goes by before John goes into heat.
Normally Alphas are very possessive, and will even fight to the death over an Omega, especially if one's in heat. Sherlock and Lestrade are growling and spitting at each other, but unexpectedly choose to share John instead of fighting over him, much to John's surprise.
Cue sexy threesome with Sherlock and Lestrade taking turns breeding John, snarling at each other but focusing more on John's pleasure than their own hormone-induced feud.
Any other alpha/omega kinks are up to you.
