Jim is the first to wake, stretching his arms out obnoxiously and shoving them into the faces of both his companions.
“God,” John groans, swatting Jim’s hand away groggily. “What are you doing?”
“Mm, not God, just Jim.” A content smirk rests on Jim’s face as he settles back into the mattress, folding his hands behind his head. “Johnny, be a good little housewife and make us breakfast, will you?”
“Not a housewife,” John grumbles, turning his face into the pillow, and Sherlock stirs from Jim’s other side.
“I think what he meant to say was,” Sherlock says, shifting and pulling the sheets tighter around his body, “John, Sherlock can’t cook for his life and I’m your guest, so please will you make us breakfast?”
Jim murmurs sarcastically, “Thank you, Sherlock.”
Sherlock goes on with a small smile, “P.S., John, we appreciate you. “We do, John,” Jim agrees easily, shifting and poking John with his hip. “Especially after last night ( ... )
