Lestrade

John doesn't see Lestrade after Sherlock's death. He wasn't allowed at the funeral because Scotland Yard banned it, and John's annoyed enough with the Yard that he doesn't go to pub nights any more. And after Lestrade arrested Sherlock, John's not certain what side he's on. He presumes that Lestrade and Sherlock weren't that close, anyway.

So when he bumps into Lestrade a few months later, he's shocked by the state Lestrade's in. Jobless (sacked? walked out?), too-thin, tired and ill looking. Mourning Sherlock's death too.

John has to rethink some of his opinions...
