The real reason that Moriarty disappeared after the incident on the roof of St. BArts? He was magically turned into a cat and took on a new identity as Macavity. Eventually sometime after the empty house has played itself out and everything's coming up roses for SHerlock and John, the Jellicles get tired of Moriarty's shit and somehow get Sherlock and John to track him down and stop him messing up the junk-yard. Perhaps magical Mister Mistoffelees turns them both into cats, or the intrepid duo spends all day running all over London tracking down cat after cat, I don't care. Just make it happen anon!
