There was an awkward silence as Sherlock straightened himself, one hand still cupping his swollen and possibly cut cheek, and John cleaned his throat and took a few steps back, suddenly aware that he had almost trapped Sherlock against the table in his fit of anger

Brilliant crossover! Having Moriarty show up in your dreams must be terrifying for Sherlock, much more than your dead wife... wonderful fill, I also loved all the roles you gave to everybody else, loved everything! :)
