Aw, thanks for this! As a clarinet player, this is pretty much how band went. We hated the sax's more than the tubas, though, because they were right behind us and drowned us out all the time. We learned to play 'Build me up Buttercup' in middleschool, and passed notes to cute flute players! Thanks for this!

OP plays clarinet (slightly) more seriously now, in a college Jazz band. We still pass notes on our sheet music, make fun of Sax's and have inside jokes with the drummer.
