Whenever Sherlock's feeling lazy or thoughtful or depressed, he drops in on his crush neighbor John's flat and languishes all over his furniture. John doesn't mind at all since this just gives him the opportunity to indulge in his favorite pastime of painting his best friend.

Bonus: eventual sex with John painting his best friend. As in, with Sherlock as the canvas.
