Are there any fics out there featuring Fem!John/Joan/etc (but where Sherlock is still male), centering around A Scandal in Belgravia with John/Joan reacting to Irene Adler or being jealous?

It's a rewrite series of BBC's Sherlock, with a female John. There are a few bigger differences I think, but it's been a while since I read them. Irene is in the 5th part.
