The only real Sally&Sherlock fic I know is Myopia by bamboo_door.
Summary: Sally Donovan wakes trapped inside a small room, alone apart from the person she least wants to see - Sherlock Holmes. Whoever's done it certainly has something in store for the both of them - the question is whether they can pull together and get out alive.

There is also one where Sherlock gets Sally pregnant but they are not together. It's actually Johnlock and it's really good, and the sex bit is just really quick at the beginning. And it has lots about Sally, and about her and Sherlock (and John) cooperating throughout her pregnancy.
