Since no one else recced anything, I'll suggest Not the King's Men by StoneWingedAngel. Unfortunately, it only sort of fits your request. Due to severe trauma, Sherlock is afraid of everything in this fic, including John. However, Sherlock is actually less afraid of John than he is of everybody else. Sorry nobody was able to come up with anything more spot on for you. :(
