One of my all time favorite stories. I just love the way the author depicts Sherlock's zone-out as a form of synesthesia. Lovely imagery.

All the Sentinel fics I would have suggested have already been recced. I just want to mention, since I'm here anyway, that if you're sensitive to slave AU scenarios and protracted scenes of (attempted) violent non-con, Chameleon by velvetmace might not be for you. Even having read the warning tags, I personally got a bit hit over the head by the direction the fic goes in. I'm not saying it's not a good fic; I'm just beefing up that warning a little bit.

Thanks for the warning, but it turns out I've already read Chameleon. The warning is justified for those who haven't read it, but for me the worst part is that it's a WIP that's apparently been abandoned. Really frustrating, that. But it is well written.

Apparently my iPad has not been saving my bookmarks.
There is an author on LJ that is keeping a list of Sherlock/Sentinel fics including her own. It is one of the most comprehensive lists I have seen.
I loved to go through it and see if I missed any or just to re-read them.
If I anyone knows the list I am talking about please comment, if I find the link I will add it.
