Oh, I finally got to read this, and I just adore it - how Mycroft is so sure of herself in so many ways, and yet it doesn't entirely matter because everyone around her is sure of other things about her. She and Harry are a lovely pair here, and I even like that it's not clear why they're together or whether they'll stay that way, as it feels very real. Your take on these two - particularly Mycroft - is just fantastic, and I'm so pleased you chose to work with this series. Thank you so much!

Begin As You Mean to Go On by innie_darling

perfect second

I very much enjoyed the contrast and interplay of the two stories, with Mycroft's different interactions with the expectations of feminity. I somehow suspect that it wouldn't take Mycroft long to master the disguise/camouflage once she saw it as another weapon in her arsenal. But, ouch, it would hurt to hit that wall.
