I'm so very glad that you enjoyed my remix of your story! It was really fun being able to play around with Sherlock's point of view and his possible motivations for his behaviour in the run up to the final scene.

(And of course, I wanted John to get his own back and where else can he be the one in charge except in bed ;))

Ears in the microwave were to be expected when living with Sherlock Holmes. Heh, I liked that line. :D

I also really liked In bed John makes no concessions and offers no compromises. It makes a parallel to the rest of the piece and ties the last section in very nicely.

Thank you very much, I'm glad you enjoyed it and the parallel at the end. I had a lot of fun playing around in Sherlock's point of view, but I do enjoy a toppy-John in bed. I felt that while John makes lots of concessions living with Sherlock, that's the one place he'd still be himself, and of course, ties up the story nicely.

Man, Sherlock is such a prat - playing with John even though he knows what the consequences could be. I have to admit that I cheered when I read In bed John makes no concessions and offers no compromises because John totally needed to take charge and put Sherlock in his place. Beautiful work!

Oh, but he is, isn't he? Good thing John likes him rather a lot, or he'd never have put up with it! ;)

I do like a toppy-John and this really felt like the place for him, for all the compromises and concessions he makes to live with Sherlock, I don't think he'd let him push him around in bed. The one place he can be pushy and demanding with Sherlock, and Sherlock will let him.
