I rather enjoyed "My Life Without Me". The story wasn't about cancer, so it didn't seem necessary to be enirely accurate as far as the disease goes. She couldn't go crazy with her final wish list because she had two kids. I liked that her final wishes were very simple. And I like how she somehow managed to be "true" to her husband while getting freaky with the other guy. I really liked it, especially the part where she sings "God only knows what I'd be without you."
