Um, I did sorta cheat though. I watched the ep earlier in the week and wrote this right after. Cowen's expression when he sat down in the jumper after leaving the hive ship really struck me. Then with the events back on the Genii homeworld, you could just see the hatred building. So yeah, cheated and wrote it early; it's been sitting here waiting for your challenge post since mid-week or so. Meep!
