Awww, that was cute! I loved the build-up you created, that Rodney "came to the rescue" in such a small but meanigful way - adorible! I love friendship stories like this :D

Great story! I love Sheppard/McKay friendship stories...especially with a little whump in it! Thanks for making me laugh on a crappy day!

:D Glad you got a grin. :) It was fun to write this one. Poor bud...all he wanted was a little popcorn. ;)

That was great - the way poor John kept missing the popcorn. I think Murphy was after him. Rodney giving up coffee so John could get some popcorn was TRUE friendship!!

LOL Indeed, poor bud. Just wanted a little hot buttered popcorn. ;)

And yes, as a coffee addict myself, that IS indeed true friendship. ;)

Glad you liked it, m'dearie. :D

Sweet story! I liked the parallel between the urgency of the work on Atlantis and the quest for simple everyday items. Rodney's sacrifice for his friend at the end was a lovely touch.

:O I can't believe Rodney sacrificed his coffee, but it was awfully nice of him. ;)

Actually...I can't believe *you* wrote a story where coffee was sacrificed period! LOL! Very cool, and very accurate for how difficult it can be to get the simplest of things sometimes. :)

LOL Well if the circumstances were such that my best friend was laid up and had almost been buried alive, I think I could be coaxed to part with my coffee if it meant making the recovery process more pleasant. :) Even Rodders has a heart. ;)

But it was fun to write...glad you liked it!
