Thankies, m'dear. While there was a sort of...angsty, sad *rightness* of the episode's ending...at the same time I couldn't stand the idea of AU John dying off anymore than "our" John.

Thankies, m'dear. :) There is something tragically correct about that ending but I know what you mean...it's like...okay, he was a broken version of John, but...he's still JOHN. How could you possibly kill him off????
