I really enjoyed this, it had a nice, well developed pace. John knows his people very well, what makes them tick, and how far they will push themselves. It was like Carter said--its all about the details. I loved the friendship and teamwork here, everyone's mental health spread too thin and John doing what comes naturally-looking after them. Of course its two-fold and I'm glad they were there to look after him as well.

Thanks so much. I think John really does knkow his people well. He doesn't always know how to say things, but he knows them and tries. It's fun to write about the team taking care of eachother. Now we just need to see more of the team taking care of John ON the show.
