Great story! Atlantis guiding John to find Rodney at the end was a nice touch. :)

Thank you. I'm a firm believer that Sheppard has an automatic link with Atlantis because of his gene.

Well done - I enjoyed this story! You captured the friendship between John and Rodney perfectly. I liked that Rodney was the only one to sign John's cast. Thanks for sharing with us!

Great story... losing one of the team, especially Rodney would be so hard for Sheppard....so glad he got his friend back.

Thank you. My feeling is that Rodney was the first person John really connected to before the expedition left Earth, as I can see Rodney wanting all of John's time (and his gene) to try out everythin ancienty, so I can see that the thought of losing Rodney would be really hard on John.

Love the friendship moments! It seemed very appropriate for John to distance himself from others after Rodney's death - I can see him doing that. I always love John with a strong connection to Atlantis!! I was very happy to see Rodney return at the end - I'm a sucker for happy endings!!!! I particularly loved John not letting anyone sign his cast, not even really knowing why - until Rodney came back. Nice touch!!

When it comes to John and Rodney a happy ending is essential for me, despite all the angst they have to get there and I can so see John distancing himself, not wanting others to see he is hurting. Thank you for commenting :)
