Looking for a Defiant One tag, shep whump, where it turns out that when the Wraith slammed his hand into John's chest he actually started (momentarily) the feeding processes, so John's arm wound and internal injuries don't stop bleeding...in the jumper ride home he gets into serious trouble because of it and Rodney ends up saving his life by
