This was a really interesting character study. I think the length was good too - a much longer fic could have been too melodramatic. I thik the smaller piece focussed the impact a little more. Really good work. Thanks for posting!

It was perfect like it is. I didn't see the whole "fake Sheppard out" thing coming. That was nice. I love that Ronon knows him that well. Awesome, awesome job. Oh, and kudos to Carter for making the right choice.
