Our kitchen faucet exploded this weekend, and replacing all the 30-year-old parts is going to be a nightmare. Not because it's difficult, but because the piece that needs to be replaced is the water shutoff valve. Wow. I didn't realize that would be the case for repairs on the condo. That's...kinda crappy. I mean, I know some rental units were terribly built so that both sections ran off the same natural gas line, but I would sorta expect a property like that to have a different layout. Weird.

The light blue is nice, although I really like that darker color on the first one you made. Was the embellishment something that you purchased from somewhere or is there more to it?

And hey, having a side business could be cool! You could call it Danny's...Wood...ummmmm....what were we talking about again? o_0

apparently this is the norm, everyone i've talked to in a condo (including my sister who is having the same problem with the BATHROOM angle stops) has a similar setup, and they get charged for turning the water off. yeahhhhh i want a real house.

i bought the embellishment at michael's...just had to drag chris around the store for 4 hours, lol. i think making them would be super-difficult ._.
