I'm so glad that you liked my Natasha. To me, this is her. She is gentle and caring once you've managed to worm your way into her heart the way Clint has. She possesses a lot of empathy and she get's scared as well (just look at the scene with the Hulk in the movie). I'm just glad that she read true to you.
And I'm really happy that was detailed enough to be gripping and believable and grounded.
I loved Clint's dopey ramblings, Anuna sharing her own experiences coming off anesthesia after major surgery made all the difference here. And I'm so glad it worked for you, after all the pain they deserved their moment of lightheartedness and belonging.
Thanks again for the wonderful comment <3

I was so glad to see Coulson come to the rescue. And she finally calls him Phil \o/. “You look like crap, Coulson,” Clint said with a loopy grin. -- lol
I liked the post-rescue drama as well, glad you didn't have the tension and worry just end with Coulson showing up.
And like sweetwatersong said, I like that Natasha is soft and gentle without being weak.
“Clint, I think it’s best if you just shut up and kiss me.” -- I agree ;)
Thanks so much for such an awesome response the prompt, I loved the whole fic, and it's going on my list of go-to fics for re-reading!

You can thank Anuna for making me add that last scene ;) I wasn't really happy with the way I had it end before and she suggested this. She thought they deserved a really happy ending, and I was only too happy to oblige ;)
I'm so glad you liked the rescue and post-rescue drama. I couldn't let it fade to black and voilá, Clint's all better and... no, that's cheating ;) And Coulson deserved his moment to shine, I love writing him. I also wanted this to mark a progress in his relationship with Natasha and I'm glad you liked that :D
I'm really glad that you like this Natasha, she's fierce and strong and cares deeply. Which surprised no one more than her, let me tell you that ;)
Let me thank you again for all your wonderful comments and the prompt, it was a genuine pleasure writing this <3
