As some of you know, I run the rennerobsession comm (which is largely void of people now, but it's still our little safe haven), and the theme on the comm is doing weird things. I lack the LJ HTML magic to fix it, so I was hoping that one of the great people on my little friends list might help me out ( Read more... )

Oh, man. I wish I could help, but my ineptitude is epic. I did check the kittens though -- and, yeah. Cute, but not cute enough! ;-)

Based on the LJ FAQ I assume the thing to do might be to reverse engineer the thing -- i.e. look at the page in HTML, find out where there's an image code, and just paste in a different URL?

That's what I've been trying to do the past two nights :/ I just can't find where the bug is. I mean, it obviously means that the pic that once was the background doesn't exist anymore. But how to find where it was stuck in the code... I'll keep looking :)

And hey, better big inspiration than none at all, hahahaha ;)
