Since Kage isn't trying to PET him like everybody's he's met so far, he gets ignored for now as Simba curls up on the sand and begins omnoming his steak.]

[Kage follows. Quite frankly, he's fascinated by Simba. He's a lion but he talks, but he's also not incredibly powerful like most talking-animals Kage is familiar with. Fenrir, the Heron, the sushi-bears (though they aren't powerful, just fun)...]

[Kage flops down in the sand and starts combing his fingers through the soft, white sand for seashells.]
