I like how you alternated the last names of the kids. Some were given their mother's last name while others their father's name. That insured that all the family history would pass down through the generations.

Steven is a rock like his dad. But what pressure to place upon his head. He had broad shoulders, so I expect that he coped well.

That Dale sure got around. An explorer. He served his community well with his curiosity.

Alana had to break Chloe's heart. A very independent person. I wonder if Alana discovered what she was looking for in Brody's group.

Ginn, Eli & Barnes' daughter sounds like she's the mystical minstrel. The keeper of tales tall and bold.

Tamara sounds like an interesting person. I wouldn't mind meeting her myself.

Personally, I think Alana became a terrorist, and even Brody had his hands full with her. I know first hand haw the sweetest parents can have the most rotten kids imaginable, and you wonder where they got it all from... maybe a recessive gene somewhere in their ancestry... And Ginn - math and music are so closely related.
