I can't imagine protein hooch being much good at all despite the vanilla flavoring. Yucky. *scraping tongue off*

Strawberry houch reminds me of that old standby, Boones Farm Stawberry Hill wine. Slurpaliscious.

And I'm wondering if purple sweet potatoes hooch is purple and stains your teeth and lips?

As for hooch colors... my guess is that all hooch comes out clear on the other end, as high-proof alcohols usually are. Whiskey gets its color mostly from the scorched barrels it's stored in. I imagine Brody would use some of the original juice to mix back into the hooch to give it colors, so yeah, there might be purple hooch...
