It seems when it rains it really pours.  Life has really gone in odd directions.  The mortgage didn't go through how we tried because it was not a DIRECT relative.  Anyways, tomorrow I go to sign land contract papers for 2 years.  So here's to hoping.

I just pay off my van and the piece of ~mutters and inserts bad words here~ breaks down on me
