I'm really annoyed that from all appearances it's an intelligence issue. Again. Really writers? We uh, did this. Last time. Remember? I mean there's plenty of things for new couples to fight about, must we pick the same thing over and over again? Also, it smacks of Penny feeling less than confident about her own intelligence around the guys, and I don't like that. I like kick-ass, confident Penny.

Whatevs though, I swear if we don't get some one-on-one S/P I may cut a bitch, haha. It's been forever. Well, forever, six episodes, whatever!

I really hate that they keep harping over the fact that she's apparently not as smart as the guys.

As far as I'm concerned Penny is smart in her own way. This only reuses the story of Penny being insecure when she is with Leonard, though I've no idea why she would want to be with him in the first place -__-

Didn't we already see this in the last season when she broke up with him after the first date because she thought he would get bored with her? Was that issue ever resolved?

I'm playing with an idea in my head that something had to have happened while the boys were away to make Penny suddenly desperate to be in a relationship with L

she dated someone that had a striking resemblance to Sheldon and it disturbed her that she could be attracted to Sheldon therefore upon seeing Leonard she kissed him instantly because she doesn't want to deal with her feelings towards Sheldon

Thanks for letting us know the promo was up, even if us overseas people could watch it. (In future is it possible to try and edit in a link for overseas people if one is found? It would be really helpful - luckily someone has posted a YouTube version in the comments this time).

Either way, I'm happy because Stuart is in this episode. Pfft, what can I say, I like Stuart. Is it weird that I think Leonard and Penny have more spark when they are fighting? Either way, I'm sure they would have made up by the end of the episode, but I hope not. I'm just looking forward to Sheldon's reaction which is the part I've seen mentioned in the synoposis.

The subject of this epic argument is Penny's intelligence? Really? Again?

If we recall, Penny's intelligence (or her lack of confidence in it) was the precise reason Leonard/Penny failed in S2.

I hate that this is what they go back to. No, Penny is not as intelligent as the guys. So what? Many people who cross paths with Leonard, Raj, and Wolowitz are not as intelligent. Many, many people who meet Sheldon are not as intelligent. Penny's not a genius and that's okay.
