Now see I do love myself some celebrity gossip but there's no way I'd believe this story. I mean the US courts won't even allow her to drive a car with her kids in it, what are the chances she could get approved for adoption? I seem to remember similar gossip recently that Paris Hilton wanted to adopt internationally and was just like, yeah right!
