Oh! Shelagh! I called the management company and found out that, as of very, very recently, they no longer manage those apartments or the other complex in my price range! They are supposed to call me back and let me know who the new management is. Plus Oakwood doesn't have any openings right now (the website said they did, but it wasn't updated). Hopefully by July that will change, because I was really sold on that one. I'm glad I know they exist, at the very least, as they're very close to a potential job.
How odd! Well, that could be why it took so long for me to get my security deposit refunded.
Oakwood is completely full up? Weird - as long as I lived there it was *never* full up. I wonder if Nimrod reduced the rental price to get more tenants before the new company took over.....
Well, the apartments are still wonderful if you can get it. Also, if you can't, Nimrod is a terrific management agency. If they have something in your price range, you won't have any problems with them. Did you tell them you know me?

Do you think they're hinting just a bit?

But seriously, that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!

Pair-ing.
Sorry, sorry, I can't shut it OFF.
American politics are amusing.
