Everyone's talking about missing possessions and powers, but the only thing that I seem to have lost is her. Not that I'm complaining.

Yeah, Sheifa would be able to use it. Larka's used it here when in human form before, after all. The gift may have only been given to the Varg according to the legends of her universe, but that doesn't mean that only the Varg can use it if they have it. ^^
