I am setting up a pretty big sushi night for the 6th of August. I think I recall a chance meeting on the street as we were leaving the party... you said you make sushi and wanted to learn more, right?
I'll be experimenting with tempura stuff and fried rolls tomorrow (Sunday the 17th) and will likely be doing another SMALL sushi night the weekend after that (gotta get my rhythm before making sushi for large groups). If you're up for it, you can come watch, help, consume, etc.
It was awesome meeting you! Looking forward to hanging out in the near future.
