Have been sick since Friday, but somehow managed to go out both Friday and Saturday night and staying up far, far too long. But I had fun! Other than that, there has been far too little studying, or cleaning, or anything anything that needs to be done going on. And on a Sunday, when it's freezing cold outside and you and your sister are home alone

duuuuuuuuuuuuuuude, now I want pancakes.

My neighbor makes Swedish pancakes (she's Swedish) and they look like that but we decorate them more. We make blueberry filling (blueberries from our backyard) and sprinkle them with powder sugar. They are soooooo good.

Yeah, we don't do that - but my family sometimes does that with a thing called "lummur", which are more like American pancakes. And sprinkling sugar on the pancakes is more of an everyday thing - when we want to do something fancy we put strawberry jam and lots of whipped cream on them!

We should have a pancake-a-thon at camp and have a different type of pancakes each morning. Now I'm just really hungry for pancakes.
