Well, Hoover's long term foster care situation is melting down. No fault of the folks who have been keeping him, their landlord appears to be having a brain fart. These folks have been given 20 days notice. I don't know if it's illegal or what, but it's certainly wildly unkind. Moving Update
Moved husband out of studio apartment. We're all in the 2 bedroom apartment now. The kitchen is too small, there are boxes everywhere, but we have comfy beds and I *cooked* a real meal on Friday night. (we ate at IKEA last night, after getting parts for the bunk bed ( Read more... ) -
Moving Update
I am alive and well in Sunnyvale and/or Fremont, California. The Portland house is on the market. When it sells, we will buy a house down here. While I was not pleased to leave Portland, I have decided to make the best of things. There is sure to be lots of cool stuff down here. I'm going to go find me some.
