i had my pre-senior interview today.

when asked "what do you plan to do after you graduate, jenyffer?"
with my mom sitting right next to me and my guidance consoler gawking.

i had mine today as well. with the a very nifty Mr Shaw as a counselor. he asked me the same question and i told him, "i'm gonna leave. as soon as possible, i'm gone. and i'm gonna do what i want to do out of florida." that satisfied him, i guess. FUCK THE SAT's, man. seriously. it's so lame how much is based on it. it's lame how we have to register and drive out and spend fucking hours taking it and colleges use that document to determine whether or not they want to waste their time on our future education. blah. no thank you.

come up north with me! it'll be awesome. it'll be ... better than this, at the very least. i'm going away for college. nothing should ever stop you from doing the same.

you deserve to have the future you want. you deserve to do it your own way. you deserve to chose and pursue your own dreams. school counselors, and even mothers, can forget that from time to time.

jen, thats hilarious. i had mine today... she was praising me for "having a plan" and getting such awesome scores. i guess she doesnt see much of those 30s on acts... eh whatever. but yeah, it sucks how the rest of your life is based on a number. you just gotta deal with the system until you can get in there and fuck it up to be decent... im gonna be a lawyer, then eventually run for congress (maybe president...lol) and tear it down and build it up to function right. that, or ill use my power to command the army to kill off the idiots on earth... itd make life so much better. damn, i sound like the next stalin... ahahaha. ~Dani
