Topher Grace's first line, or just about, is "I work the Daily Bugle". As soon as he said it, the first thing that popped into my head was "Oh, I bet you do!"

This theme kept me entertained throughout the film.

*Mary Jane knocks on Peter's door* "Don't come in! I'm working the Daily Bugle!"

*Blonde girl storms off* "Oh well, looks like I'm working the Daily Bugle again tonight..."

*Olga flirts with Peter* "Hey baby, wanna come inside and work my Daily Bugle?"

*Annoying other kid shows up on flying skateboard* "What took you so long?" "I was working the Daily Bugle!"

(and so on)

Dammit, lemur, that was a euphemism I didn't need to think about!

What emo boy does with his Daily Bugle is his affair. And possibly MJ's, for her sins.
