Nice. I keep thinking about buying one, but because I pretty much download all the TV I watch these days, there isn't really a need.

Then again, I am planning to buy a new DVD player for downstairs, so that Sarah and me can watch things on the big TV rather than the tiny one in my room... possibly splash out...

I bought a slightly pricey one that also plays divx and vcds, so I can download stuff, stick it on a vcd and watch it in comfort in the lounge, rather than on my machine. Hmm, I wonder if just sticking in a disc with a divx movie on it will work, rather than actually making a vcd. I'll have to stick in a Buffy or Angel cd tonight and see what it does. It also plays mp3s and jpegs and stuff. It is shiny.

That's a nice player. It should play DivX .avis straight off the disc, like most players can play MPEGs in the same way.

Cool, I'll give it a go tonight. That would be very nice, because I have the Buffy and Angels that I'm missing on dvd on cd, so it'll mean that I have all 12 series to watch on the player.
