Actually, the reason why there wasn't a trailer on last week's was because the episode itself ran long, and they needed to remove the trailer to fit the time-slot - RTD mentioned it in last month's DWM. So, I think they'll probably return to form for the rest of the two-parters.

It was definitely not as good as 2x03 and 2x04, but it was still a good episode.

I'll say one thing for the episode - I actually started to like Mickey, which was kind of the idea. Loved Rickey, though.

Oh, I've liked Mickey since around "World War Three" or thereabouts - I was delighted when I learned he would be a companion this season...

I wasn't spoiled about that, so when he was officially companioning in GitF it was a surprise. I've always thought he was rather wet, but he's growing on me - like mould.
