New mini-burn

After a day off reading outside in the sun and washing the dog, I now sport a small reddish patch on my left arm. What's bizzar about it is that the patch is the only thing burned- it's very clear that my shoulder and majority of the arm, not to mention everything else exposed by today's tank top, are fine. Plus, the burn doesn't even encompass

We've been having a very cruel UV season.. first endless rain and now this. We've gotta hit a middle ground soon!

Agreed. Just a few nice semi-cool sunny days, where we can lay out in the sun, and not burn to a crisp while doing so.
