He's doing well, and he feels much better, which is what matters. He was diagnosed with Celiac disease in July, which is a gluten allergy, so no wheat, barley, whey, rye, any flour made of those, no gluten whatsoever. And it's hard, because gluten is in EVERYTHING, from processed snacks to sauces to prepackages meatballs and hamburgers. Luckily in this day in age with so many health food/organic stores and sections of supermarkets, we've been finding good substitutes. It makes for a much healthier, fresher diet. I'm going to try my hand at making my own salsa today for a cookout tomorrow.
It's been frustrating for Sean, especially eating out, he is very limited in his choices from menus, so he's getting used to eating steak or chicken with no sauce, with veggies and rice or potatoes on the side. Most dining establishments we've been to have been very accommodating, which is really nice to see.

I've eaten out with someone with Celiac disease - tough stuff. That's got to be a mindblowingly hard thing to manage. I'm glad he's doing well and that the diet is making him feel better.
