Aw, honey, I'm sorry to hear that. It must have been a little scary for him, all the new smells and moving around. :( I think I'd go mental seeing him scream. :( Poor Keats. Poor you guys. *hugs*

For a while, everything will be new and frightening. As he starts to recognize non-verbal cues like your posture and expression, it'll be easier for him to know when you think he's perfectly safe, and stay calm when he's in a new situation. :-) *hug*

Yoga nursing, eh? I will try it! It makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one going through thiis. I'd always heard that babies LOVE being in the car and fall asleep in their car seats and blah blah. Aparently not all babies are like that! I just hope he grows to be ok w/it. I wanna be able to leave the house!

I remember nearly breaking my back to try and nurse Thing 1 while she rode in the car seat several times. I also remember her colicky days and nearly having a nervous breakdown when she got on one of her crying jags. It is hard, especially when you feel there's nothing you can do to make them feel better.

Don't feel like you have to be trapped in the house, though. K may be overwhelmed by major trips, but short ones -- like walks outside or to the park or to the grocery store -- are probably a good way to get him used to being out of the house. Soon enough, you'll have a hard time convincing him to stay inside. :-)

Yes! there is absolutely nothing worse than the screaming crying that I can't do anything to help. A walk sounds good and tomorrow we have doc appointments so we will be out and about for those. I hope I can handle it!
