Too busy lately. Work and school leave room for nothing else. Our house is a sty and our fridge is empty and I haven't cooked a full meal in weeks. Why am I always so off-balance? I'll blame the hormone therapy, for now

As someone who did the full-time job + school thing, I'm pretty sure it's "ridiculously busy" rather than "off-balance". You shouldn't be so hard on yourself! Honestly, if the only things going by the wayside are cooking and cleaning, I think you're doing a good job.
