For what it's worth (as an almost complete stranger from your past popping up out of the blue), avoid the IUPUI campus apartments if you have to pay rent on your own. They're nice, indeed, but far too expensive to be worth it. Plus you get busted drinking allll the time. You can take my word for it: I'm an RA here. At least, I am...till next week. There are nicer to be found in the downtown area, my friend. Definitely cheaper, too.
