Oh, Apartment.

My apartment is coming along well. I'm still unpacking, and I don't have a dining table yet, but I'm liking having my own place, thus far. The couch and end tables are set up, as is the ratfaces' cage. The kitchen is coming together, though I need to get a vinyl tablecloth for the table in there. I'm seriously short on space in that particular room

If you have any friends who have philodendrons, ask them for a clipping or two. Those things are next to impossible to kill and easy to grow from clippings.

I also hope you have better luck with plants than I do....they always die on me :(

Is there a "wish list" of things you still need?

Not yet, but I could certainly make one.

Right now, I know I need kitchen towels and potholders. I'm also on the lookout for a non-ugly vinyl table cloth for my work table-- you know, something not gingham. I also need to get a fan of some sort for the kitchen, and a welcome mat for the base of the stairs. And a spoon rest. I also need some sort of a clock for the front room, because I never know what time it is.

But I can manage without that stuff. I guess that's the wishlist.
