Wow, nice job avoiding shit movies! There are only a few of your 'haven't seens' that are worth seeing at all. Hellboy is enjoyable...and I hear Sound of Music is actually a really good film (though I've never seen it).
Outside your list, I recommend (offhand) City of God, One Flew Over a Cuckoo's Nest, Platoon, Tom Yum Goong, Evil Dead 3 (forgot the real name), Shawshank Redemption, and Cinderella Man (if you haven't seen 'em...just the first good movies to pop into my head).
Shawshank Redemption and Shane I've seen. I've been wanting to see all of the Evil Dead series and Cinderella Man. One Flew Over a Cuckoo's Nest - I read the book and enjoyed it a lot, for some reason though I've never had the urge to watch the movie. I have a week before school starts so we'll see how many of these I can get my hands on.
