I've never been a big Russell Crowe fan (rather the opposite, actually), but then his tweets as he's been playing Javert have been, dare I say, cute.  But then this happened and I feel justified in not being a big fan.  I'll illustrate the main point:

I take comfort in the fact that it's highly unlikely he'll be as terrible as Gerard Butler. He might do his annoying squinty broody thing, but I'll survive that.
