Yeah, enough talking about heavy topics like helping people and doing the right thing. (Talking about those things make Tom remember all the things he isn't doing in his new life.)
"Lucy - God bless her beautiful beastie soul - brings in loads of fruit." Tom grins at the mere memory of fruit.
Tom's got a nice grin and Will tries to relax as they head towards the house, maybe he won't figure out what happened to Will as quickly as Marley or Lenore did.
Will gives a small smile at that, Tom reminds him of Allan, "'avena met 'er yet, sir. An glad to try anythin' new, just wonderful to 'ave more to eat."
Inside, Will remembers where Marley found the bandages but shouldn't change them in the kitchen so gives a small nod to go the bathroom or somewhere. Then pulls off his shirt, easy enough to change the ones on his shirt but how to do his back.
Tom gives a low whistle and a "Shit," that sounds both sympathetic and slightly impressed.
To make up for that not so tactful reaction, Tom is at least quiet when he puts the bandages on. He has to shift them around once or twice - this is one of the few times he's done it.
Will just stays still, sometimes a hiss of breath when the bandage pulls the wrong wall, but no complaints.
He doesn't comment on Tom's curse, what can he truly say after all. When they're all fixed, he stiffly pulls his shirt back on looking far too old for his years,
Tom hasn't been around the house much since he discovered Smallville, but he does come back for the simple pleasures.

He looks down and now sees the blood,
"Should be gettin' my bandages changed too, could do with a bite to eat too."

"Lucy brought beer once, too. Love of my life, the girl is. Love of my life." Tom claps his hands to his heart.

Instead, he'll lay out as many good foods as he can. Fruit and ham and sardines and milk and fruit juice, etc.
Tom starts grabbing everything he can and loading it onto a plate. He remembers Will's existence after a second and sets out a second plate.

"Um, sir, I canna get the ones on my back, would ye be willin' to aid me?"

So Tom sets his food down - and then gobbles down some sliced ham, because what's a painful injury compared to Tom's stomach?
And then he goes in to help.

In the other room, the bandages are there and now its clear that Will's injuries come from a whip, lines and lines across his back,
"Just need to bandage 'em up 'gain, sir, thank ye."

"Got some food laid out for you."
Food always helped him.

"What did ye do in yer 'ome, sir?"

"Robbed to the rich an' gave to the poor, like in the story."

"Oh aye, an which story would that be, sir?"
