There's a happy Xander around, who was driving a rig onto the farm. Took a long time to load it up with supplies from the fix-it store, but it was worth it. The appearance of even *more* supplies of cement, brick, and so on was another pleasant surprise to the happy carpenter. He wanted to shake the hands of the guy responsible. Likely even more

"Hey, great, you made it. Yeah, just set it outside off to the side somewhere. Figure out where to put all of this later on."

"Yeah, so once we get this set up, and check on possible pipes around here, we can get started on setting up some bathrooms and showers. Stall style to handle the group around here."

There will be some privacy, but facilities would have to be somewhat communal to compensate for the population expanding.
