Are you referring to download or streaming? I don't download a lot of dramas, including Shima Shima, so I've been watching it online. You can find episodes with Chinese subs on Tudou, or watch it completely raw on video.fc2.com where you'll find the drama by searching it through using its drama name in Japanese characters.
